Garrigae Abbaye de Sainte Croix

Excellent, picturesque location. It was a great place to stay with a young child and a dog. Very relaxing and quiet environment with beautiful views and interesting architecture. The staff were excellent too, very friendly and responsive to our queries. The room was very clean and spacious, with a nice patio and little balcony. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and local flavours. The restaurant was also nice for dinner at least once. Finally, the pool area was very nice in good location within the property.

We both really enjoyed our stay at the Abbaye de Sainte Croix. As others have already explained, the location and the views were genuinely exceptional. Our room was clean, simple and very quiet – parfait. We had dinner on the terrace overlooking Salon de Provence. I had high expectations, given the menu and the chef's reputation, but was blown away by the quality of the ingredients, flavours and presentation. It really was fine dining.

Absolutely stunning historic and authentic place and best service we ever got in France! Amazing location with a best terrace with a view from the hill on the whole Provence, great breakfasts and dinners on that terrace, great swimming pool, big and comfortable parking, but the best highlight - people! Everyone is super helpful, polite, doing their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. And restaurant probably very close if not to a star, but to be mentioned in the guide! We bought wine from one of the vineyards but never had a chance to open it so they easily agreed to serve it to us during dinner - we were very surprised they did as they had all the rights to say no!

I simply loved everything about this property- location, views, architecture, staff, facilities - you name it! Communication was great before arrival and during our stay ! Every time we were greeted with lovely smiles and utterly helpful people. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the pool area is amazing- water clean and views are spectacular. Location is secluded and there’s a nice calm vibe about this property. I would love to return and stay longer. Can’t comment on the food/ prices since we didn’t get to try their menus! - short stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The situation is incredible. Breakfast was excellent. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. The bed was super, and I like that there is no stress about housekeeping. The decoration was tasteful, and you can tell a lot of love went into the renovation.
